Born in a small rural village in the Italian Dolomites in 1971, learning the values of
good Italian food from his Nonna, Walters passion for cooking was born. Age 20,
with a smattering of English, but a big heart, Walter left his Italian roots for the
bright lights of London.
Working throughout the hospitality industry in the 90s to learn his trade, he
eventually settled down in Sussex to start his family and restaurant business.
With the success of his first restaurant in Shoreham, Brios in Worthing was
founded 13 years ago. Following on from this success, the next generation of
Manenti’s was ready to join the family business.
With Nonna looking down on her
grandchildren, Fratelli came into being.
It is the desire of the Manenti Fratellis to welcome you the Italian way, with
warmth, generosity and a passion for good food.
